The Sales Operations Business Analyst will work with the director of sales operations and sales management team to support sales planning, sales enablement, and sales pipeline analysis. In this newly created role, the team will look to this leader to establish / streamline processes, governance and provide input to the support teams to establish best practices in sales forecasting, reporting and enablement. As the Sales Operations POC, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, tool adoption/utilization, planning and sales process optimization. Ideal candidates will have Business Analysis experience, excellent communication skills, strong Salesforce CRM skills and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.
Core Job Duties:
:Track and analyze key metrics around customer and product performance. This includes pipeline growth and sales team quota achievement.
:Collect, consolidate and generate weekly forecasts (quarterly) and roll up qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the pipeline.
:Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management and report to leadership.
:Proactively analyze win:loss data, pipeline performance, sales qualification, close date and forecast accuracy and look to improve gaps through sales enablement and training.
:Coordinate with Marketing and Solutions Management to improve sales and marketing materials and coordinate used in the sales process.
:Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements from Salesforce Sales Cloud.
:Reporting and analysis including executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc sales enablement effectiveness.
:Implements and managers reports and dashboards in Salesforce ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to and manage sales performance through utilization of the tools and methods established.
:Monitor the accuracy of the process, and tools in place to improve sales productivity and effectiveness and make recommendations to leadership for investment and provide business cases to support acquisition and implementation. 13;

Qualifications and Requirements:
:3:plus years in a Business Analyst or similar role; Sales Management or Sales Operations management role preferred.
:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
:Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
:Experience developing custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce
:Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
:Experience in sales process and solution sales methodologies preferred.
:Excellent oral and written communications skills.
:Ability to perform Salesforce administrative functions a plus.
:Excellent systems skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required.
:Knowledge of reporting or analysis tools like QlikView, Salesforce Einstein, Tableau, or other analysis packages preferred. 13;
