Job Description 13;
The Sr Principal HR Business Partner works closely with business and HR leadership to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Provides strategic and operational HR consultation and support to executive and senior management. Develops and delivers customized solutions for critical business needs such as succession planning, leadership development, employee development, culture change efforts. Consults with business leaders regarding key HR information such as metrics and summaries of HR activities. Acts as liaison between business and corporate HR on key initiatives such as pay and incentive programs, engagement/retention strategies, etc. Operates in a global environment working with HR counterparts across the globe to develop and drive company:wide programs and initiatives (e.g., merit planning, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational change). Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent and member of the line management staff. Reports directly to human resources with dotted:line relationship to business management.
Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving across all levels of the organization.

:Provides strategic thought leadership in business initiatives, ensuring thorough consideration is given regarding impact on team members
:Resolves complex issues within the supported business unit and cross:functionally
:Supports all levels of the organization including executive leaders
:Customizes and delivers specific Business Unit HR initiatives such as coaching senior leaders on strategy, driving performance, employee development and succession management
:Concurrently drives business and HR strategic initiatives while managing the tactical day:to:day issues with urgency and excellence
:Uses data to derive insight enabling smart decisions
:Collaborates with a variety of stakeholders to drive functional and business strategies
:Coordinates development programs, performance review and total rewards processes
:Seeks ways to continuously improve with each program deployment
:Drives talent acquisition initiatives and needs assessments
:Performs other support functions as needed 13;
Job Requirements 13;
:Minimum 10 years related experience
:Well:organized with attention to detail and ability to manage change within a complex, matrixed, global organization
:Experience with workforce management and resource planning
:Exposure to HR technical processes and organizational design
:Strong project management, organizational planning, and time management skills
:Experience in leading, collaborating with and supporting global teams
:Advanced computer software skills
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines.
:Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred. 13;
