At Always Best Care, our Caregivers are the keystones of our business. They provide an invaluable service to seniors and their families struggling to keep their dignity and independence on a daily basis. Our Caregivers combine compassion, caring, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem solving, a positive attitude and love to create an exceptional care experience for their clients.

Our Caregivers help clients with tasks such as: hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housework, medication reminders, errands, shopping, and transportation to appointments.

Each client has different needs and hours. Client scheduled hours depend on client need, meaning it is perfect part-time work. We are currently looking to hire live in caregivers for our client in Keller. As a live in caregiver you will be working 3 to 5 days in a row and then able to go home.

You must have at least 1 year of non-family related experience as a caregiver or CNA.

We also offer health insurance after 60 days to caregivers working 30 hours a week or 100 hours a month.

Job Requirements: At least 1 year of verifiable in-home care experience, non family care.

Ability to communicate with clients clearly and concisely to understand their needs and to offer companionship.

Ability to prepare nutritional, well-rounded meals for our clients.

A calm, compassionate demeanor.

Ability to assist with all ADLs.

Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screen

Valid driver license/or state I.D required, along with social security card and or valid work documents, where applicable.

Preference given to Caregivers who can work with clients that own Pets and have their own reliable transportation
