Executive Sales Leader : Property Management Systems (PMS) : Hospitality Solutions

Sabre and its Hospitality team is looking for an Executive Sales Leader for Property Management Solution (PMS) sales, both in North America and globally. We are seeking someone who wants to grow and engage with a high performing team to lead all our PMS sales efforts and help build the product and the customer base. Position Overview:

This is an opportunity to join a talented team transforming the hospitality industry in the fastest growing business unit at Sabre SHS is looking for a high:performing, results:driven sales leader to launch and rapidly grow our new, SaaS:based Property Management System (PMS).

Our state:of:the:art PMS is the latest addition to the SynXis platform. Developed as the first cloud:native PMS, our application has been thoughtfully designed to improve hotel operations, enhance guest engagement and reduce training time for hoteliers around the globe. Our new sales executive will play a pivotal role in bringing this product to the global marketplace.


:Create and execute a strategic sales plan to build a robust PMS pipeline and establish SHS as the leading cloud:native PMS provider
:Accountable for the end:to:end sales process for the SHS Property Management System to a global customer base
:Establish a combination of short and medium range strategies to develop the PMS business plan with the primary objective of generating new sales.
:Close sales, meeting profitability and growth objectives.
:Represent SHS to the customer and the customer to SHS in all PMS sales:related matters; the ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate business and product strategy is essential.
:Influence development and implementation schedules; recommend price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognize new business opportunities
:Align with Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure customer requirements and market problems are addressed via the PMS roadmap
:Manages the PM sales pipeline in Salesforce
:Quote and negotiate pricing options and explains contractual obligations to potential customers.
Job Requirements 13;
Required Education, Experience and Skills:

:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required. Masters degree preferred.
:8+ years of related work experience in hospitality software sales
:Demonstrated ability to proficiently manage the sales cycle from prospect to deal close
:Robust understanding of hospitality operations at the hotel, brand and chain level
:Expertise in articulating the value of SaaS solutions to various customer stakeholders
:Hunter mentality to finding and closing new sales opportunities
:Robust record of continuously exceeding sales plans
:Strong executive presence and demonstrated relationship management expertise
:Experience reviewing contracts, addendum, and other non:sales material and facilitating appropriate action
:Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.
:Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow:up.
