Sabres Major Accounts Vice President (MAVP) serves as a key member of the global sales team and reports to the SVP, Global Accounts. The MAVP is responsible for achieving enterprise revenue growth, EBITDA margins, innovative and scalable customer solutions, operational excellence and client satisfaction within their assigned account.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for building and maintaining consultative business relationships with C:level executives as well as accelerating the accounts business vision and delivering outstanding customer service
Drive thought leadership and provide business advisory/consultancy to the client
Work with internal product teams to architect appropriate solutions that will drive organic top line revenue
Leads market and client strategy ensuring the voice of the client is understood by the organization and used to foster client engagement and fidelity. Partners with enterprise and segment leadership to drive innovation, thought leadership, and product and solution vision, priorities, to enable profitable growth within the account
Develops and formulates client solution strategy and understands value chain by leveraging sales and client expertise to ensure and validate value propositions, use case analysis, delivery platforms, product prototypes and client adoption
Understands client unmet needs and helps drive adjacent solutions in existing markets via higher quality client engagement
Consults with stakeholders, internal and external clients, and others to establish client solution market opportunity and strategy

Job Requirements 13;
Qualifications and Exp.

10+ years of experience selling enterprise software, SAAS, subscription technology model or technical solutions in a B2B and B2C environment
Experience selling or working at an online travel agency is preferred; other travel industry is a plus
Proficiency in digital landscape and understanding of web services is preferred
A bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Operations, or equivalent combination of education combination of education and experience strongly preferred
Outstanding communicator, written and verbal : able to present complex concepts to executive audiences
Demonstrates active listening skills : able to consolidate and succinctly rely market/client feedback
Successfully links an idea or message to client goals to overcome skepticism or pushback
Can discuss issues from multiple angles
Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success
Decisive with a strong bias toward action; holds self and others accountable
Consistently evaluates progress and knows when course correction needs to take place
Exhibits strong time management and organizational skills
Keeps accurate client records, ensure CRM records are updated daily and manage account plans/ strategy
Shows passion and commitment
Enjoys competition and is motivated to win
Keeps positive outlook is energetic and determined to meet deadlines and commitments
