Job Description 13;
Summary: Support the planning, implementation, and management of innovative talent management and development programs for all levels that drive organizational effectiveness and support Sabres business strategy through talent and culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
:
Perform a multitude of organizational development and change leadership activities in support of the Talent and Culture team, including those associated with career development, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
:
Facilitate and lead learning and development courses and train the trainer sessions.
:
Key contributor for supporting the development and implementation of compa
ny:wide strategic learning and training programs
:
Provide support to global HR Business Partners for clients organizational needs including assessment, diagnosis, action planning, execution, and evaluation/effectiveness as a COE
:
Support the Talent and Succession Management process. Designs, develops and implements OD related programs/processes to enhance organizational capabilities such as career paths, competency development and mapping, team building and training.
:
Execute global practices, processes and programs focused on building organizational competencies
:
Knowledgeable of training techniques suitable for differing styles of adult learning.
:
Familiarity with talent management and succession planning and ability to conduct cost:benefit analysis and calculate training ROI. 13;

:Analytical skills: Reviews and analyzes a wide variety of information and recommends a specific course of action.
:Business process improvement: Takes steps to improve or correct errors and expand overall program and people processes.
:Problem resolution: Analyzes problems and alternative solutions and takes appropriate timely action to achieve desired business results. Seeks unique and novel solutions to problems and considers impact of final resolution.
:Drive to perform: Identifies and accomplishes challenging objectives or personal goals. Works effectively with others to achieve goals. Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities. Maintains a high level of interest, enthusiasm, and personal focus.
:Technology: Considers technology to support and serve user needs. Assists with the creation and interpretation of supporting documentation for talent processes in partnership with HRIS.

Education and experience:
:Bachelors degree required
:Minimum 5 Years experience working in a Talent Management or Human Resources capacity, 7 Years preferred
:Experience with planning, creating, implementing and/or managing high:potential and leadership programs for a large organization with measured success
:Experience with talent and people processes such as performance management and succession planning
:Strong experience with competency models and mapping to talent development and performance management
:Strong project management skills including the ability to multi:task and w
