Our Real Estate Sales Agent Program is designed to take an outstanding sales professional with no experience in real estate, train them on the specifics, orient them to the industry, mentor them and give them everything they need to put their sales genius to work. The position is based in Mansfield, TX 76063 Requirements: (Entry Level) 0-2 years experience in a sales related industry. Experience in a commissioned based role is preferred. Must have or be able to obtain a Real Estate License. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent sales goals. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as the majority of showings take place during non-business hours. Must demonstrate the ability to respond to and diffuse customer concerns. Must utilize personal transportation to meet with prospects in order to sell our services, hold open houses, inspect properties, and conduct showings. Must have valid driver's license, clean automobile, and automobile insurance. DUTIES: Building a client base by meeting with investors on a daily basis Guiding clients through the process of reviewing and assessing our private database of properties based upon their needs Analyzing valuations and rehab estimates and composing real estate contracts Instructing and collaborating with investors throughout the entire investment process from purchase to exit strategy .
