Job Description:/h3:
Our client in Hurst is looking to add to the team This is a direct hire sales opportunity with a base plus commission.
500 to 600/week plus commissions
The ideal Residential Sales Associate (RSA) is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual who possesses excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. The successful RSA will have a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close contracts through a consultative sales approach. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization, and classroom and on:the:job training is provided. Responsibilites
:Maintain on:going commitment to meeting or exceeding sales goals
:Manage sales responsibilities, including scheduling estimating appointments, providing detailed written proposal and sales materials, following up as promised on outstanding proposals
:Ensure administrative duties are complete in a timely manner, including maintaining all data (lead profiles, job profiles, proposals, etc.) in the database and preparing
reports/documentation as required
:Assist with marketing, including but not limited to social media, distribution of lawn signs and door hangers, and participating in company:sponsored Home Shows
:Coordinate with production, including ensuring written proposals are accurate and clearly define all expectations of the customer, ensuring all landed jobs are handed off to the correct person, communicating customer scheduling preferences and needs, managing customer expectations and ensuring they understand the entire process after the job is landed, maintaining communication with customers after a job is completed to ensure satisfaction and to generate referrals
:Participate in regular networking events
:Prepare for and attend weekly Goal Setting and Review sessions with business owner
Qualifications
:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
:Sales experience and exceptional customer service skills required
:Proven ability to learn new computer software quickly
:Previous service business experience desired
:Bachelors degree preferred
